Join us as a Junior Product Manager and help shape the future of our CRM platform. You’ll work closely with your manager, project managers, and developers, turning real customer needs into innovative, high-impact solutions that make a difference.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Analyze customer and user needs, gather feedback, and write documentation.
• Conceptualize, design, and refine product features by writing clear specifications that guide developers.
• Partner closely with engineers to assess feasibility and validate solution scalability.
• Analyze logs and usage data to identify bugs and root causes.
• Help internal teams understand how the product works (Sales, Support, PMs).
• Maintain and update internal documentation.

What we’re looking for (must have):

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or similar.
• 1+ year in Product Management or 3+ years in Product Design or Software Development (career changers welcome).
• Hands-on experience with digital products, especially cloud-based software.
• Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong English skills (B2+), plus Italian or Spanish.

Bonus points (nice to have):

• Experience in Healthtech or Insurtech industries.
• Familiarity with AI tools or workflows (automation, analysis, productivity).
