A leading global pharma company is seeking a Global Compliance Lead to drive compliance and validation excellence across digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in validation management in manufacturing and supply chain, alongside expertise in MES and ERP validation. You will lead strategic initiatives while engaging with stakeholders globally to ensure the highest compliance standards. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital quality in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of validation management experience in relevant environments.
- Proven expertise with MES, LIMS, SDC, WMS, ERP validation.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and digital compliance frameworks.
Responsabilités
- Harmonize critical quality topics and oversee data flows.
- Define and execute global validation master plans.
- Manage IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and validation documentation.
