Our platform helps property owners and managers manage and market their rental businesses online. We are an international team of over 350 people from more than 60 nationalities, based in sunny Barcelona.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through analysis, creativity, and execution. You will scale our affiliate, referral, and conversion strategies, optimizing the customer journey for measurable results. Collaboration with CRM, product, design, and sales teams will be essential. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to insights.
How will you make an impact?
- Affiliate & Referral Program Management: Own strategy, implementation, and optimization of programs to increase customer acquisition, retention, and viral growth. Recruit and onboard partners, assess and refine program performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze customer journeys and behaviors to identify friction points and optimize conversion across the funnel. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, onboarding, and user flows.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor business metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR), analyze data, and create dashboards/reports to inform strategies.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Drive PLG initiatives by optimizing user flows, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversion, especially in our B2B SaaS, freemium, and self-service models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences.
What makes you a great fit?
- 3+ years in growth marketing, focusing on affiliate/referral programs.
- Experience designing and implementing affiliate, viral, loyalty, or referral programs.
- Understanding of business metrics (MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, churn) and ability to improve them.
- Success in CRO, A/B testing, and user flow analysis.
- Effective communication with technical teams.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Proactive, hands-on, self-starter mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments, always seeking new growth tools and trends.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to present complex data clearly.
Bonus points if you:
- Have a strong understanding of PLG strategies and customer journey optimization in B2B SaaS.
