We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead in Spain to manage a growing team of influencer specialists and oversee client campaigns from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine strategy, creativity, and team coordination to deliver high-performing influencer campaigns.
- Lead a team of influencer marketing coordinators and managers across different markets.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns for international clients.
- Support campaign strategy, creator selection, and communication with brands and influencers.
- Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to the influencer marketing team.
- Analyze campaign results, share insights, and suggest improvements for future activations.
