A leading financial firm in Barcelona is seeking a Financial Consolidation and Reporting Director to lead the consolidation and reporting efforts. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in managing international audits and financial reporting under local GAAP and IFRS. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing an effective team in this role.
Formación
- High-level degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Extensive experience in managing international audits and balance sheets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Combine financial statements from subsidiaries according to regulations.
- Maintain accuracy of intercompany loans and balances.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements.

Financial Consolidation and Reporting Director
We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our consolidation and reporting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, as well as developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
- Combine financial statements from various subsidiaries and divisions in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain the accuracy of intercompany loans, related party balances, and group-wide transactions.
- Work closely with the financial reporting team to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure that key accounts on the balance sheet are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify that subsidiary reporting packages meet reporting requirements.
- A high-level degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Extensive experience in managing international audit, intercompany, and balance sheet management, with a focus on local GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage an effective team.
- A solid understanding of auditing methodologies and techniques.
