What we'll do for you to make each day amazing: You'll often be the first impression of ADP to potential prospects. We will invest in your training to help you become a trusted advisor, supporting prospects through complex areas by uncovering pain points and sharing insights. You'll encourage prospects to attend events and webinars. When a prospect seeks detailed information, you'll hand over the lead to a field sales team, setting up conference calls to facilitate further engagement.
Generate new business opportunities across Spanish and Portuguese markets for our HCM solutions and maintain our position as a leading global HCM provider. This involves researching prospect accounts, providing insights, engaging in high-level conversations, following up on warm leads, and utilizing social media and marketing materials.
