Esta posición implica el diseño e implementación de soluciones de hardware de drones autónomos innovadores, llevando los productos desde el prototipo hasta su lanzamiento. Los candidatos ideales tienen de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en ingeniería mecánica, con conocimientos en diseño de hardware UAV y software CAD. Se ofrece un paquete salarial competitivo de €45,000-€50,000 más beneficios.

Formación

• Mínimo de 2-3 años de experiencia en un rol de Ingeniero Mecánico.
• Residencia en el País Vasco o disposición a mudarse.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e implementar innovadoras soluciones de hardware para drones autónomos.
• Responsabilidad de principio a fin en el desarrollo del producto.

Conocimientos

Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de hardware UAV

Proficiencia en software de CAD y diseño

Educación

Airbotics Talent are exclusively partnered with an exciting UAV manufacturer based in the Basque Country region of Spain to hire a Mechanical Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on highly innovative, cutting edge technology, developing first of their kind systems in a entrepreneurial scale-up environment.

The Role

As a key member of the Research & Development team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative autonomous drone hardware solutions. This role will be critical in taking their product from prototype to launch. You will have cradle to grave responsibility and be key in the design, build and delivery of a highly anticipated system.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Mechanical Engineer role
• Experience in the design and development of UAV hardware
• Proficiency with CAD and design software
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar field
• A willingness to get hands on up given start up nature of the business
• A confident character, able to challenge and influence development phase
• Residency in the Basque Country, or willing to relocate from wider Spain / a EU member state to the local area
