• Experienced & Skilled : You have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads, ideally within e‑commerce clients and agency environment.
• E-Commerce Focused : You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of e‑commerce marketing—optimizing ROAS, scaling campaigns, and interpreting data to guide smart decisions.
• Independent & Proactive : You thrive working autonomously, managing multiple clients with confidence. You’re organized, take initiative, and don’t wait to be told what to do—you make things happen.
• Strong Communicator : Your English is excellent, both written and spoken.
• Innovative Thinker : You bring a fresh perspective—constantly testing, learning, and finding new ways to improve performance. You’re not afraid to challenge the norm if it leads to better results.
