What You'll Do

As a Senior IT Architect, you will collaborate with case teams to assess and coach client IT teams, define strategies, and develop architecture solutions. You will own the delivery of specific project modules, develop technical concepts, and mentor team members, leading work streams when possible.

You will work on strategic technology questions, supported by extensive training, including technology-specific mentoring to build your skills.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 6-8 years in cloud architecture, strategy, project management, or technology consulting with a proven track record in IT implementation projects.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in designing cloud architectures, requirements gathering, high availability, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, multi-cloud designs, infrastructure automation, and major CSP services.
• Desirable Skills: Familiarity with cloud security regulations (DORA, GDPR, NIS2), data sovereignty, cloud governance, security strategies, and threat detection tools.
• Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship capabilities.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in Banking, Insurance, Energy, or Telecommunications sectors, delivering sector-specific IT solutions.
