Job summary
A leading company in Madrid seeks an ERP support specialist to provide 2nd level support for Enterprise Applications and consult on technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing ERP systems and possess fundamental knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing solutions, participating in projects, and acting as a local contact for applications support.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of practical professional experience with ERP systems.
- Basic know-how in BI & Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provides 2nd level support for Enterprise Applications.
- Participates in projects and implementation activities.
- Consults Solution Architect as technical expert.
Skills
Education
Consults business for their day-to-day operations considering IT guidelines and provides 2nd level support for Enterprise Applications used in Finance and Controlling Processes / E2E Process Record to Report.
Participates in projects and implementation activities.
- Local contact for all Enterprise Application topics used in Realization Process.
- Consults Solution Architect as technical expert.
- Evaluates, implements, and tests technical solutions.
- Configures and customizes Enterprise Applications.
- Provides 2nd level support.
- Participates in projects.
Training / Education:
- Basic know-how in SAP S/4HANA.
SAP ECC:
- Basic know-how in BI & Reporting.
Language requirements vary by location: English and German proficiency required for positions in Germany; English proficiency required for positions outside Germany.
3-5 years of practical professional experience with ERP systems in an international environment.
Specialist application know-how.
Business process, VMware, Cloud, HTML5, Windows, Project management, AWS, Infrastructure, Web Services, JQuery, Java, Computer Engineering, Solutions design, Technical solutions, Analytics.
