You’ll dive headfirst into the chaos of a global company with a big dream : to become the most intelligent, automated, AI-driven print platform on the planet. As the AI Architect, you’re not here to ‘simply’ optimize a process or two. No way! You’re here to rethink the entire machine, turning traditional workflows into autonomous, intelligent growth engines. You’re the kind of person who’s always thinking, “How do we train an agent to destroy this?” — literally all the time.

Your day is a mix of research and future-building. You’ll map the processes that make this company tick. Everything from pricing decisions to marketing campaigns to the nitty-gritty of supply chain logic lands on your plate. Then comes the even more fun part : breaking those processes down and rebuilding them with AI-first ideas. Think multi-agent systems redesigning how pricing models adapt to supplier changes in real-time, or content workflows that learn and grow with every new campaign they generate. Your tools are prototypes, workflows, and proof-of-concepts that impress even the most skeptical stakeholders.

You’ll be at the core of the action, working directly with the founders. Together, you’ll experiment, automate, and unlock new growth. And yes, you’ll need to make your case. Backed by data, ROI, and the occasional demo.

• You’ve redesigned business processes into elegant, automated systems using no-code, APIs, and LLMs — and loved every minute of it
• You’ve worn hats in operations, product, tech, or strategy, but wherever you’ve been, your job was solving complex problems
• You’ve built with Zapier, Make, LangChain, or AutoGPT
• You speak fluent LLM. You know what’s possible now, what’s coming next, and where to draw the line between hype and useful
• You know when to automate, when to prototype, and when to say “scrap it, we start over”
• You move like a startup — fast, curious, and experimental
• You think in systems, not tasks — and always aim for solutions
• You’re tech-native with AI; agentic workflows, no- and low-code tools, etc. — you love them!
• You’re deeply curious and driven to understand the business inside out — because you want to fix the system, not just touch the surface
