As a Senior Outsource Supervisor for 3D characters, you’ll focus on pipelines, communication, process, relationships, feedback, and all aspects related to the successful outsourcing of 3D character cosmetic content.

Working with art and production leads, you’ll support our external and internal communications, ensuring smooth workflows and that outsourced assets are game-ready. Your responsibilities include crafting briefs, managing planning documents, tweaking incoming assets, and providing timely, precise, and constructive feedback to external partners to keep work aligned with project goals.

• Support the external production of 3D character content by collaborating with art and production leads, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Create clear and detailed creative briefs and technical documentation for vendors.
• Provide accurate, well-constructed, and timely feedback to vendors to facilitate efficient production.
• Ensure delivered content meets specifications, is accessible for review, and is game-ready, making minor adjustments as needed.
• Keep internal teams informed about external production progress and issues that may impact delivery.
• Understand all relevant content pipelines and proactively seek improvements in efficiency and quality, working with the team to implement changes.

• Proficiency in creating high-quality 3D characters and props, with a strong understanding of UV layout, PBR pipeline, and 3D topology.
• Solid understanding of industry-standard art content pipelines, especially for 3D characters and cosmetics.
• Knowledge of rigging and animation pipelines.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and replicate an art style and ensure content is game-ready.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex visual concepts clearly.
• Technical knowledge of creating in-game 3D characters, covering the entire pipeline, with an emphasis on clean, structured, and optimized processes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software for 2D/3D art creation and experience with relevant game engines and development environments.

• Passion for creating high-quality games within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Unity game development.
• Technical skills such as shader creation, VFX, particles, or procedural content tools.
