We’re seeking a Development Operations Engineer to join our global TechOps Team, responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and maintenance of our internally developed software products from conception to release. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Development team in understanding, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure related to hosting the TransPerfect SaaS applications.
2. Diagnose configuration issues in coordination with development teams.
3. Serve as the primary contact for infrastructure needs, dealing directly with development teams for service requests and technical problems.
4. Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain version control systems, build tools, and continuous integration tools.
5. Develop, provision, and test application deployment automation and orchestration.
6. Utilize CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, Pipeline as code, and Concourse.
7. Build, maintain, and document environments using Confluence.
8. Apply knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting, AWS, Java, Python, Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
9. Automate build scripts for release management across environments.
10. Develop and migrate tooling using AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
11. Maintain monitoring platforms and analyze logs for troubleshooting.
12. Plan datacenter expansion and manage Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM templates, Terraform).
13. Manage AWS RDS and Azure PaaS databases and services like Redis and Service Bus.
14. Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
15. Operate systems like Windows and Linux.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology, PowerShell, Active Directory, SQL backups, network security, ELK Stack, Azure DevOps.
