We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in e-commerce & customer service to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including :
- Manage and update Shopify store (products, SEO alignment, store optimization);
- Handle Etsy store management, including listing optimization for visibility and conversions;
- Manage TikTok Shop setup, marketing, and daily operations;
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries on Etsy, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Shopify;
- Provide clear, helpful, and polite communication to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent lost sales;
- Track conversations, follow up in a timely manner, and escalate complex cases when needed;
- Create and implement content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest;
- Edit and schedule engaging short-form videos, staying aligned with current trends;
- Maintain consistent branding across platforms;
- Suggest content ideas that increase engagement and drive sales;
- Manage campaigns using Flodesk (or similar tools);
- Design newsletters and graphics using Canva;
- Track and report performance (open rates, CTRs);
- Support sales funnel creation and management to increase conversions;
- Report on growth metrics : followers, engagement, customer messages resolved, sales impact;
- Provide actionable, data-driven suggestions for improvement;
Requirements
- Proven e-commerce experience (Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop required);
- Strong customer service background with results in fast, effective messaging;
- Familiarity with SEO, website optimization, and social media growth strategies;
- Proficiency in Canva, Flodesk (or similar), content scheduling tools;
- Excellent written English — clear, polite, and professional tone;
- Ability to show impact through metrics (growth, engagement, campaign performance, etc.);
- Portfolio with measurable results (social media, email, or sales growth);
- Available to start immediately and attend interviews;
