A leading technology firm in Madrid is seeking a seasoned SAP Testing Lead to spearhead end-to-end testing initiatives for large-scale ERP programs, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformations. The role requires over 20 years of experience in SAP testing, expertise in test automation frameworks, and strong client-facing capabilities. You will define and manage comprehensive test strategies while leading global teams and ensuring quality delivery through robust methodologies. Formación

• 20+ years in SAP testing, with hands-on experience in both ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven expertise in test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Lead end-to-end SAP testing initiatives for large-scale ERP programs, including SAP ECC and S / 4HANA transformations. Ensure quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage comprehensive test strategies for SAP ECC and S / 4HANA transformation programs.
• Oversee all testing phases: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Drive automation adoption (Shift Left approach) and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead global teams across multiple geographies and manage vendor coordination.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Solution Manager).

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years in SAP testing, with hands‑on experience in both ECC and S / 4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong client‑face‑ing experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.) and related SaaS services.
• Proven experience in test automation frameworks and performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile / SAFe methodologies and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira).
• Worked in setting up and leveraging TCoE services.
