Job description
We are seeking a passionate
Technical Project Manager with a focus on healthcare innovation and specialization in software medical devices, eager to drive innovation in digital health.
This pivotal role involves leading the development and implementation of transformative projects in healthcare technology from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into actionable specifications, and ensuring our solutions meet high standards required by our health sector partners and patients, while staying within budget and regulatory requirements.
A significant part of your responsibilities will include ensuring clients understand the technical processes and integration of our product into their systems via APIs, emphasizing the importance of technical expertise combined with regulatory knowledge for seamless software integration.
Note on collaboration and roles: You will work alongside a Deal Owner, who leads the commercial relationship, and a Customer Success Manager, responsible for post-sale client engagement and support. This setup allows you to focus on implementation, delivery, execution, and providing technical and regulatory advisory to the customer—without managing the client relationship end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution: Develop and track detailed project plans, manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring successful delivery within constraints.
- Daily customer interaction: Guide clients through technical processes, ensuring understanding of functionality and system integration via APIs.
- Team liaison: Act as the key link between commercial and product teams, translating customer needs into technical specifications.
- Technical and regulatory advisory: Support customers in understanding use cases, technical integration, regulatory feasibility, and data protection issues.
- Requirements analysis: Assess project needs to ensure alignment with product and customer expectations.
- Healthcare process overview: Provide insights into healthcare workflows to aid solution development.
- Product documentation: Define development requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Product strategy: Contribute to defining and refining product strategy for market relevance.
