Tasker Success Manager [6-month Contract] – Madrid, Spain

Taskrabbit is a marketplace platform that connects people with Taskers to handle everyday home to-do’s, such as furniture assembly, handyman work, moving help, and more. We are partnering with IKEA to create opportunities for Taskers to earn meaningful income by building lasting relationships with clients in communities around the world.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategies across the full Tasker lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation in partnership with the regional manager.
• Acquire, grow, and stabilise supply in Tier 2–3 metros and provinces (low density remote areas); coach Taskers to fulfil all jobs scheduled in their area of responsibility.
• Ensure Taskers have a positive experience after activation; implement targeted tactics to optimise productivity and provide strategic guidance to retain valuable Taskers.
• Use tools like Totango and Sigma; share local results and feedback to inform program improvements.
• Partner with Fulfilment, Operations, and Marketing to align supply coverage, surface blockers, and support localised campaign messaging.

Your areas of expertise (Qualifications)

• Strong relationship management with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing) to drive results.
• Analytical skills to identify supply gaps and develop plans addressing supply-demand dynamics.
• Excellent communication; ability to provide market-trend updates and build rapport with the Tasker community.
• Proven ability to execute program-driven strategies on time with high quality; proactively address supply gaps.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to produce high-quality brief documents describing plans or projects.
• Data-driven decision-maker who enjoys analysing data to understand trends.
• Ability to manage core tasks independently and meet targets and deadlines; thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and ability to scope projects.
• Curiosity about how things work with the ability to anticipate problems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Added advantage if familiar with Sigma, Totango, Excel, GSuite.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is €30,000–€50,000. Final offer depends on experience, qualifications, geography, and level. Benefits vary by country of employment.
