Duties
  • Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue teams across the region.

  • Recruit exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing team of Deelers, collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards.

  • Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and what is required of our new team members.

  • Develop and refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies.

  • Ensure we maintain an incredible culture at Deel, living our key principles.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role with cross-jurisdiction experience at a unicorn startup or tech company, mainly focusing on Revenue hiring.

  • Experience in an ambitious, scrappy recruitment function with a track record of hiring top talent quickly.

  • Ability to handle complex candidate questions related to compensation, equity, immigration, and other issues.

  • Natural communicator who can engage audiences when presenting, speaking, and demonstrating.

  • Experience using data to improve processes and drive efficiency.

Nice to have
  • Experience as internal and external recruiter.
