We're seeking a visionary Studio Manager to lead our content creation efforts in Barcelona, driving innovation in virtual production, GenAI applications, and cutting-edge content technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor in Filmmaking, Media Studies, Art, Business or related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish/Catalan
• Proven experience in managing large-scale content studios or similar creative environments
• Strong background in filmmaking, virtual production, and new content creation technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop interdisciplinary teams
• Experience balancing operational, financial, and strategic aspects of a business unit
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of GenAI and its applications in content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Amazon's leadership principles and ability to evangelize them

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments
• Track record of implementing innovative technologies in content production
