Formación

• 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, or corporate strategy team.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to drive decisions, engage stakeholders, and synthesize complex information effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Frame and roadmap Group/brand strategy projects.
• Organise quarterly planning sessions for the 90-day action plans.
• Facilitate monthly performance reviews and decision forums.

Overview

We are seeking an impact-oriented Strategy & Transformation Manager. Working hand-in-hand with the Executive Committee, business leaders and functional teams, you will translate our Accelerate 2030 strategic plan into actionable roadmaps, orchestrate cross-functional delivery and embed lasting change across the Group. You will also be involved in the strategy design or refresh at corporate, business-unit and / or functional levels.

Responsibilities

• 1. Strategy crafting or refresh (3 months a year) Frame and roadmap Group / brand strategy projects
• Mine internal, client & market insights to shape options
• Run C-suite workshops to converge on choices
• Deliver a crisp strategic plan with quantified OKRs
• 2. Strategic planning & prioritisation Organise quarterly planning sessions to translate long-term ambition into 90-day action plans
• Consolidate initiatives into a single Transformation OKR dashboard
• 3. Project management and governance As Transformation partner for a given strategic pillar, offer thought partnering to pillar / workstream owners and help structure planning & execution processes
• Facilitate monthly performance reviews and decision forums
• Provide common PMO playbook, templates & metrics to drive initiatives execution and ensure progress is tracked and risks surfaced
• Offer hands-on support to at-risk initiatives
• Drive change
• 4. Reporting & Market Intelligence Prepare and / or facilitate Group governance meetings & ExCom deep-dives
• Monitor competitive intelligence
• 5. People development Manage and coach an analyst

Academic background : Master’s degree in management, engineering, or related field
