Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for the global pharmaceutical segment in alignment with executive leadership.
  • Define customer segmentation, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Identify inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., partnerships, M&A) to support market expansion.
  • Portfolio & Innovation Management: Oversee the global portfolio of contamination control solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Drive the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and Technical teams.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including global launches, phase-ins / outs, and updates driven by compliance.
  • Commercial Activation: Collaborate with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Communications teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation through effective campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent value proposition and aligned messaging across all markets.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead market research and customer insight initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support thought leadership efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a global team of marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship and drive cross-functional alignment between Portfolio, Commercial, and Segment teams.
