For our Diesel Store in McArthurglen Designer Outlet in Malaga we're looking to fill the position of Store Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement action plans to drive the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
  • Achieve financial objectives proposing action plans and be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to any situation
  • Ensure to provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
  • Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes
  • Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment
  • Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit
  • Build and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset
Requirements
  • Previous Store Management experience in a modern Luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships
  • Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets managing complex store operations
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
  • Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
  • Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills

Language proficiency: Spanish and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered a strong plus.
