The Community Team is one of the major components of Ekkiden's success. A dynamic and connected team that allows the group to develop using the most advanced techniques and tools in the world of events, digital, web, and community management. This team responds to recruitment challenges by managing relationships with business and engineering schools, participating in trade shows, maintaining a presence on social networks, producing content, monitoring applications, and engaging with candidates. This hybrid team helps the Business teams gain market share and achieve growth objectives by attracting the best talent at the right time and place.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for recruiting consultants for our French Market.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and service enhancement.
- Build strong relationships with Business Managers.
- Work closely with managers to understand roles, business needs, and clients.
- Define key sourcing criteria.
- Identify and contact candidates via job boards, social networks, and events.
- Coach managers on recruitment and selection techniques to ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain the recruitment system accurately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and manage candidate communities post-recruitment.
- Brainstorm innovative acquisition and resourcing strategies.
What we are looking for
- A personality! Someone self-driven, perseverant, eager to get involved, make an impact, and participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial project within a passionate team.
- Availability in July 2025 for at least 5 to 6 months.
- Strong interest in community management, digital, communication, recruitment, and networking.
- Ideally seeking an end-of-studies internship with the possibility of a permanent contract afterward.
- Master’s degree focused on HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital, Marketing, or Communication.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
