Purpose of the role:

As a member of the Teleperformance team, you will work on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers. You will act as a digital consultant, advising clients on their digital advertising strategies, with the potential to significantly impact their business. This role is target-driven, where you will meet individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team aimed at expanding the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone calls and/or emails) per day
  2. Qualify and manage inbound leads and the sales pipeline
  3. Identify business needs and tailor the product accordingly
  4. Set proper expectations with businesses regarding onboarding and go-live processes
  5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of onboarding requirements across regions
  6. Work closely with businesses to gather and submit information for onboarding
  7. Advise and support businesses through verification and onboarding processes
  8. Troubleshoot or escalate issues through appropriate channels
  9. Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in C2 level Spanish and Italian
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to produce quality work under strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets and/or Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • Teamwork experience
  • Knowledge of home services (plumbing, locksmiths, electrical, etc.)
Additional details:
  • Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary: 18.000€ gross/year + up to 1.000€ gross/year bonus
  • This is a hybrid work model in Barcelona.
