A renewable energy company is seeking a Solution Engineer to lead technical solutions for clients in Madrid. Responsibilities include designing photovoltaic systems, supporting distributors and installers, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy solutions and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to distributors and installers for residential and C&I projects.
• Support developers and EPC partners in C&I and utility projects.
• Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and accompany clients on national and international projects.
• Design photovoltaic systems for installations.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Act as the main technical interface between clients and manufacturers.
• Monitor technology and competition trends and provide technical training.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Your mission

As a Solution Engineer, you will lead and manage the technical solutions for our clients while providing technical support to distributors, installers, and partners, mainly for residential, C&I, and utility-scale projects.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide technical support to distributors and installers for residential and C&I projects.
• Support developers and EPC partners in C&I and utility projects.
• Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and accompany clients on national and international projects.
• Design photovoltaic systems for ground-mounted, rooftop, and carport installations.
• Identify and analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions (inverters, storage, transformers, EMS / SCADA).
• Act as the main technical interface between clients and manufacturers.
• Monitor technology and competition trends and provide technical training.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
