Overview

Social Media & Marketing Assistant – Part-Time (Barcelona, On-Site)

Location: Barcelona (office-based). Hours: 15 hours per week. Language: English required. Salary: To be discussed.

Role

NEURO Business School is looking for a creative and open-minded Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our Barcelona team. If you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn — and know how to make engaging, scroll-stopping content — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Create short-form videos (Reels / TikToks) and visual content.
• Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn presence.
• Post updates, articles, and stories that align with our brand voice.
• Build collaborations with media.
• Assist in creating and promoting podcasts.
• Brainstorm and bring fresh content ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

• Creative, proactive, and open-minded personality.
• Experience creating social media content — especially Reels and TikToks.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Ability to work on-site in our Barcelona office.
• Perfect if you can sign an internship agreement with your university.
• English fluency (other languages a plus).
