SOA .NET Senior Developer

What's your mission?

As a Schneider Electric employee, we expect that you, as a Mid Senior level SW Engineer, develop, maintain, and evolve scalable solutions according to business needs and customer expectations, following SE vision and passion.

Main duties and functions:

1. Master the entire software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
2. Generate robust, secure, and efficient code according to design requirements.
3. Be involved in the design and planning of new features and requirements.
4. Follow defined procedures, methodologies, and business processes using the provided tools.
5. Support in maintaining updated and proper documentation about the product and its design.

Who are we looking for?

• Software engineer or similar with demonstrable experience
• Over 3 years of experience working with .NET technologies
• Knowledgeable in frontend and backend technologies
• Experience with SOA development using technologies like WCF, SOAP, REST
• Knowledge and experience with client-side technologies (WPF)
• Technologically driven, self-taught, and open to new challenges
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle

• Willing to be part of a multidisciplinary and remote team
• Good communication skills in English for collaboration with teammates, management, and customers
• Proactive and open to sharing and implementing ideas

Additional desirable skills:

• Experience with distributed messaging frameworks
• Experience with WPF
• Experience with React
