The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing large datasets and creating dashboards that support the growth of the organic business. A good understanding of SEO principles and statistical concepts is key to succeed in the role.

What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a SEO Associate Data Analyst in the Marketing team you will be in charge of:

  • Define and regularly monitor KPIs and success metrics while highlighting insights aiming at improving our SEO performance and user experience across all markets
  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of KPIs and experiment results, providing insights and recommendations for the SEO strategist Team.
  • Be the bridge between Data and SEO by assisting colleagues in gaining access to the right data set and obtaining the right insights from it.
  • Identify and analyze competitor techniques and benchmark eDreams ODIGEO’s website portfolio performance against competitors through data
  • Research current industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend these to improve existing processes based on data/findings.

  • 2 years experience in Data Analyst roles and similar, working on large scale B2C organizations
  • Minimum 2 years direct experience in Data Analyst roles
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python or R
  • Problem-solving mindset – ability to connect the dots, and think strategically
  • Good understanding of digital marketing practices and metrics, especially SEO
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably related to Mathematics, or Economics
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in the travel sector is highly valued
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player, proactive, motivated, curious, determined can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
  • AI-Enhanced Problem Solving:Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility:Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
