Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of our 5G / 4G network management and orchestration platform, focusing on multi-vendor integration and the full lifecycle automation of network components.
• System Architecture: Define and build a modular architecture based on microservices, containerization, and orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
• API Integration: Design and implement robust APIs that enable seamless integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure interoperability across various technology vendors.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with and guide development teams, enforcing best practices, agile methodologies, and high-quality coding standards.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Establish KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure optimal performance and stability of the platform.
• Continuous Innovation: Research emerging trends in telecommunications and propose innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large-scale software development and microservices-based architectures.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, along with deployment tools like Helm.
• Strong expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs, gRPC, or other integration technologies.
• Experience in projects related to networks, telecommunications, or network infrastructure management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (public, private, or hybrid) and SaaS delivery models.
• Experience implementing security measures, role-based access control (RBAC), and lifecycle management (LCM) for system components.
• Excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
