We’re currently looking for a professional to join us as a Senior Sales Manager eCommerce (B2B & D2C), based in Spain.
Key Account Management
- Own and manage key online retail partners (e.g. eTailers, marketplace sellers, omnichannel retailers)
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance using data-driven insights and strong retailer relationships
- Optimize content, visibility, and conversion on partner platforms
- Coordinate local execution of regional campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
DTC eCommerce Management
- Lead and optimize our own Spanish Direct-to-Consumer (DTC or D2C) web shop and marketplace activities
- Oversee all aspects of DTC operations, including UX, content, CRM, promotions, and fulfillment
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous performance improvements
- Act as the key liaison between local Spanish market needs and global / corporate eCommerce and retail teams
- Contribute to international strategy rollouts with local market insights and execution excellence
- Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines, pricing strategies, and digital frameworks
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online Key Account Manager roles
- Industry background ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, or beauty / healthcare — preferably on the brand side
- Proven success in managing online retail partners and DTC channels within the Spanish market
- Strong commercial acumen with a digital mindset and performance orientation
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Confident navigating between global and local teams
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce tools (e.g. Magento, Shopify, CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, ...)
