Senior Sales Manager – (PV / Energy Storage / BESS)
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Manager to lead international market development in the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in overseas sales, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to independently drive market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement overseas regional sales strategies, including annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, oversee execution, and ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and collection goals.
  • Manage the full international sales process: customer acquisition, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key global customers and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze global industry trends, policies, competition, and customer needs.
  • Prepare market reports and provide insights to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Participate in international exhibitions and support new regional market research as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience in the new energy sector (photovoltaics or energy storage preferred).
  • Proven ability to develop new markets independently with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of PV / energy storage technology, global industry trends, and international trade processes and regulations.
  • Strong execution capability, team coordination skills, and adaptability to cross-time-zone work.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with distributors or EPC clients in international markets
  • Multilingual proficiency (a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and international sales tools
