Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Statistics, Maths or Econometrics.
• Proven experience in risk management for retail lending portfolios, particularly mortgage lending.
• Excellent knowledge of statistics and / or mathematics, as well as programming in SAS and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of macroeconomic trends, banking and financial industry, preferably on the Retail Lending side.
• Independent, creative and pro-active mind-set.
• Focus on delivering pragmatic and feasible solutions.
