What You'll Do :

  1. Acquire top French publishers (websites), from prospecting to closing.
  2. Drive revenue growth and expand our publisher network in France.
  3. Build a healthy pipeline, prioritizing high-value opportunities.
  4. Lead publisher acquisition efforts in France, collaborating with sales and operational teams.
  5. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects and clients, fostering loyalty both short and long term.

Who We're Looking For :

  • A Senior Publisher Sales professional with strong relationships with key French publishers.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, focusing on publisher acquisition and account management.
  • Established contacts within the French digital publishing industry, gained through work at publisher sales houses, trading desks, ad-tech companies, or digital agencies.
  • A proven track record in programmatic advertising sales.
  • Deep understanding of the Dach publishing landscape.
  • A sales enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, and is motivated by incentives and bonuses.
  • Fluent or native French speaker with high proficiency in English to engage with our diverse team and clients.
  • A keen commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to turn conversations into positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
