Project Manager at RIGPRO!

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will provide solutions, expertise, and advice to our customers regarding their sailing systems. You will work both autonomously on smaller projects/accounts and assist Senior RigPro Specialists and management on large projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on technical matters concerning sailing systems, including rigs, standing rigging, and running rigging. Interest in hydraulic/mechanical systems and composites is a plus.
  • Sell and propose solutions to customer issues, offering our products and services.
  • Scope and price proposals to customers.
  • Manage the work and projects (project management).
  • Occasionally carry out rigging and sailing system works on yachts up to 70 feet and assist in works on larger ones.
  • Deliver and close projects with satisfaction for the company, customer, and yourself.
  • Follow up with customers regularly.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures with multimedia content (videos, photos, diagrams).
  • Share your knowledge and learnings with the team, including via our digital knowledge-sharing system.
What We are looking for
Technical Skills
  • Around 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency level of English.
  • University Degree or related is a plus.
  • Driving license.
  • Spanish language skills would be a plus.
Personal Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and ethically performance-driven.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills when managing projects.
  • Focused, with strong organizational skills for working under pressure.
  • Problem‑solving person with a can‑do attitude and passion for sailing.
  • Strong interest in sailing systems.
  • Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works, and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an advantage.
