Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Project Lead with a solid background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results, not just creating PowerPoint presentations.

You thrive in high-pressure environments and have experience in hands-on, complex problem-solving roles such as process engineering, operations management, manufacturing, or similar.

You will excel if you have:

• Proven experience implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts persuasively
• A systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords
• The ability to challenge the status quo and push for meaningful change
• Maintained composure when facing tough stakeholders
• Experience in high-accountability, fast-paced environments like manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations
• Experience with Lean or OKR consulting, delivering real impact
• A team-oriented, collective mindset that prioritizes the 'we' over the 'me'
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French and German are a plus
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate soon
