Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Engineering Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, or mechanical/electrical engineering to provide strategic insights and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating with cross‑functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that the project aligns with design specifications, industry regulations, and client expectations.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies, ensuring the project progresses smoothly without compromising safety or quality.

Budget Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost‑effectiveness.

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local and industry‑specific regulations, ensuring that the project meets all necessary compliance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

7+ years of expertise in civil, structural, architectural, or mechanical/electrical disciplines.

Proven success with 4‑5 years in the German market.

Preferred proficiency in German language.

Background in engineering with a focus on design.
