Must-have Skills:

• Cloud Computing: High technical competence; flexible on provider experience.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Solid understanding of distributed systems and message brokers.
• Databases: Strong SQL experience; NoSQL not required.
• IaC and CI/CD: Proficient in concepts and daily use of automated pipelines.
• Observability: A higher priority than scalability; code must be well-instrumented and traceable.
• Scalability: Understands how to design systems that can grow effectively.
• Leadership: Supports and mentors junior engineers; leads smaller initiatives.
• Must communicate clearly and confidently in English.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
