The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and proficiency in various design tools including Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on creativity and innovation. The role allows for a blended working model with a good balance between remote work and in-office collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in Motion Graphics, Post-production, or a related creative discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D, and more.
• Substantial understanding of visual composition, photography, and cinematic narrative.
• Ability to create dynamic animations and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Experience in AI projects, VR and AR projects, and international settings.

Fail Fast is looking for a motion designer to push the boundaries of what’s possible in motion and animation, delivering world-class motion graphics. You’ll inspire your team, and partner with leading global brands to deliver impactful work that blends craft, innovation, and cutting‑edge technology.

¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?

• Audiovisual Post-Production: Deliver world-class motion graphics, digital ads, explainer videos, promos, animated presentations, and more. Primarily focus on 2D motion, AI animations, and occasionally 3D.
• Creative Development: Create storyboards, style frames, moodboards, and animatic videos, leveraging your expertise in motion graphics and audiovisual language.
• Editing: Video and audio editing.
• Collaboration: Daily collaboration with visual and UX/UI designers, marketing experts, Product Owners, and front-end and multimedia developers.

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

• Degree in Motion Graphics, Post-production, or a related creative discipline.
• Proficiency in: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Cinema 4D, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A substantial understanding of visual composition, photography, lighting, and cinematic narrative.
• Proficiency in creating dynamic animations in 2D, image, and typography.
• Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and animation.
• Ability to strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
• The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with proven leadership, teamwork abilities, and a methodical approach, all balanced by a commitment to humility and low ego.
• Very high or native level of English. (C1+/C2) Bonus Points
• Knowledge of Cavalry, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma.
• Experience in AI projects: asset generation and post-production using AI tools (Midjourney, Weavy, Freepik, Veo3, Eleven Labs, etc.).
• Experience in VR and AR projects.
• Experience in international projects (English‑speaking contexts).
• Knowledge of interactive technologies and new trends in digital products.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
• Hybrid model with 90-50% of remote work, depending on project and client.
