A leading tech company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager in Spain to oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. This role involves managing agency relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to activate campaigns, and adapting global initiatives for local markets. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience, a deep understanding of the Spanish market, and strong communication skills.
Senior Marketing Manager, Spain will report to the Senior Marketing Lead, Southern Europe and join the Southern Europe Marketing team as an integrated member of the function. They will work in close partnership with the Spain Marketing Lead to support the development and execution of strategic, insight-led marketing plans that drive business growth and strengthen Airbnb’s brand in the market.

They will help identify local opportunities, activate integrated campaigns, manage agency partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, media, product, and performance marketing. The role also involves adapting and localizing global initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and impact.
