Formación

As part of the Group audit team reporting to the Head of IT of the Group, you will conduct and support audit assignments in the Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) areas for the Group. You will work closely with business audit teams and the Global IT Audit team based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the planning and execution of audits as part of the Group Audit Plan.
  2. Ensure the timely completion of audit assignments, within budget, and in line with audit standards and methodology.
  3. Discuss and support discussions on identified weaknesses and shortcomings with auditees, and recommend feasible, value-adding actions that support the effective remediation of risks.
  4. Prepare clear and concise audit reports and follow up on the implementation of the agreed-upon audit actions.
  5. Work in interdisciplinary teams (e.g., integrated process audits, Data Analytics, and other specialists).
  6. Use data analytics techniques in audit assignments and provide support for continuous risk assessment.
  7. Monitor the risk profile and developments within Information Technology and Information Security areas, and contribute to the annual risk assessment.
  8. Share best practices and contribute to audit processes and methodology improvements.
  9. Stay actively informed about regulatory changes and internal bank developments.
  10. Engage proactively with stakeholders, building relationships based on transparency and trust.
  11. Support special tasks (e.g., ad hoc analyses and investigations).
  12. Support the preparation of periodic reporting to Senior Management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Audit, Risk Management, IT/IS, or similar areas, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Elevated understanding of IT methodologies, technologies (including cloud), cyber- and information security.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Innovative and service-oriented personality who is dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
  • Structured and goal-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills and experience in applying such skills to audit-related questions.
  • Flexible and committed team player with the ability to work independently in the execution of audit assignments.
  • Fast learner and an active listener with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe for a maximum of 4 weeks per year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Nice to have
  • Audit-related certifications such as CIA, CISA.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German, French).
