A leading technology company is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to manage HR operations across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This hybrid role requires fluency in English and Spanish and 4 to 6 years of HR advisory experience within a global company. Overview

Senior HR Advisor - Spain, Italy and Portugal (hybrid, Madrid). This role reports to the HR Director for Southern Europe and supports the full range of human resources operations for Spain, Portugal and Italy. The position is for INGECOM, an Exclusive Networks Company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice to employees and front-line managers on all operational and administrative aspects of HR.
  • Act as the key contact point for the team in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
  • Serve as a strategic HR admin partner with business leaders and employees; influence and foster a positive culture and work environment.
  • Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle in Spain, Portugal and Italy, including full payroll cycle, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management and administration, and other key processes.
  • Produce HR documentation and correspondence as required (references, employment contracts, letters, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with Spain (and ideally Portugal and Italy) employment law changes to ensure legal compliance.
  • Build trusted relationships with employees through engagement practices to support change and promote morale and engagement.
  • Provide a consultancy service on HR policies for line managers.
  • Data management and quality: ensure HR system data input is correct and compliant with local and global policy.
  • Support Employee Development activities, including assisting with Performance Review Process and Talent Review.
  • Collaborate with local Marketing teams for employee communications.
  • Champion the implementation of HR strategies and policies within SE to align globally while complying with country-specific regulations.
Your Profile
  • University degree in a relevant area.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 4 to 6 years of HR Advisory experience in Spain within a global company, with full management of HR admin processes.
  • Experience with Workday or any other HRIS is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in Spain; experience with Portugal and Italy is valuable.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role and collaboratively in a virtual team.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels, locally and virtually.
  • Adequate handling of sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining and building reports in an HRIS.
