Role Overview

At ADI, design is more than decoration; it’s how we move people. It’s how we tell stories, build trust, and connect across cultures.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how ADI shows up in the world, with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

This role isn’t just about making things pretty. You’ll bring purpose and energy to every asset, especially across marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

We want someone with bold visual taste, a strong sense of structure, and the ability to execute quickly and with excellence.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and fellow designers to build impactful, scalable content that resonates across regions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design high-impact visuals for marketing: social media ads, carousels, stories, PDFs, presentations, email graphics, and more
  2. Produce organic content requested by regional marketing teams
  3. Translate briefs into strategic, on-brand layouts that perform — clearly and quickly
  4. Balance speed with precision: design with rhythm, hierarchy, and great taste
  5. Build scalable templates that increase efficiency without lowering quality
  6. Collaborate across markets (UK, GEO, CZ, KZ) to ensure local adaptation without losing brand consistency
  7. Contribute to our evolving brand system, continually pushing the visual bar higher
  8. Be a key part of a fast-moving, international creative team

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio showcasing:
    • Strong layout and composition skills
    • Creative storytelling
    • Social media design that performs
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience designing for education, EdTech, or marketing environments, delivering assets for ads, campaigns, and branded content
  • Experience in social media ad design tailored to various platforms
  • Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and creating emotionally engaging designs
  • Ability to adapt designs across formats (static, animated, performance-driven)
  • Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality in collaborative environments
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability over final deliverables
  • Experience working remotely and with international teams
