Financial Consolidation and Reporting Director

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our consolidation and reporting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, as well as developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Combine financial statements from various subsidiaries and divisions in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain the accuracy of intercompany loans, related party balances, and group-wide transactions.
  • Work closely with the financial reporting team to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements.
  • Ensure that key accounts on the balance sheet are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify that subsidiary reporting packages meet reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • A high-level degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • Extensive experience in managing international audit, intercompany, and balance sheet management, with a focus on local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage an effective team.
  • A solid understanding of auditing methodologies and techniques.
