Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia como Ingeniero DevOps.

• Gestionar una plataforma nativa en la nube usando IaaS en AWS.
• Optimizar pipelines de CI/CD y despliegues de Kubernetes.

At Deporvillage, You Will

• Manage a cloud-native platform using Infrastructure as a Service on AWS, leveraging tools like Terraform.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments using Helm, feature flags, and progressive rollouts.
• Manage databases such as: MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Contribute to event-driven systems, ensuring real-time synchronization of data entities.
• Production Reliability: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and improve system reliability and performance using New Relic and actionable observability metrics, collaborating closely with development teams.
• Secure our platform against external and internal threats.
• Automate Everything: Develop automation scripts and tools for deployment, configuration management, and operational monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, squad peers, and Data teams to deliver features that improve customer experience and business performance
• Shift on-call service

What We Expect You to Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Practical experience with AWS: (EKS, SQS/SNS, EC2, S3, VPC)
• Solid skills with at least one "glue language" like Go or Python.
• Infrastructure as Code mindset (e.g., Terraform).
• Deep understanding of Linux OS and TCP/IP protocols.
• Things move fast here. We're looking for someone who stays on the pulse of industry shifts and identifies tools or strategies that can truly level up our business.

Nice to Have — AI-Enhanced Engineering

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (LLM-based code generation).
• Experience evaluating and iterating on prompt quality , LLM performance , and feedback loops in internal AI workflows.
• Exposure to AI-driven CI/CD automation (changelogs, PR summarization, incident synthesis, test generation).
• Awareness of AI governance and safety principles (data privacy, PII handling, guardrails, model auditability).
