A leading independent IT services provider in Spain is hiring a Deskside Engineer to identify and resolve IT issues within established quality. This full-time role requires 2-3 years in a Microsoft environment and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing video conference setups, organizing warehouse inventory, and installing systems and software. Formación

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment.
  • Driving license required.

Role
  • Identifying and solving various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
  • Configuring and preparing video conference rooms.
  • Organizing and inventorying the warehouse.
  • Installing Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
  • Installing software and other scripts.
  • Replacing components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
  • Performing other IT-related tasks following Computacenter's directives.
  • Documenting and constantly communicating with different on‑site or remote teams.
  • Mobility is required for the technician to provide services at different sites.

Details of the vacancy
  • Permanent and full-time contract, Monday - Friday 40hours/week coverage with the possibility of on-call or weekend interventions
