Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Apply best practices and guidelines for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud development
• Offer technical guidance to support development teams
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems and platforms
• Drive the success of the Marketing Platform Program

Requirements

• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
• Background in collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
• Experience gained from similar roles including Solution Architecture, Project Management
• Customer-focused mindset and familiarity with managing client communications
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical reasoning
• Strong communication skills in English
