The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly autonomous Senior Automation & AI Specialist with a primary focus on contributing to our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions needs. This is a hands‑on role that will have a direct impact on the efficiency and scalability of our Revenue Marketing and Ecosystem departments.
You will be responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end technical solutions connecting, transforming, and managing data flows across our entire GTM systems stack through AI automation. Your primary tool will be Make and you will be expected to leverage its full potential in combination with other AI tools to build innovative and scalable solutions that drive company efficiency.
We are looking for a driven individual who embodies extreme ownership—a capable, proactive, and autonomous stakeholder. You will engage with stakeholders to unblock challenges and get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Build: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable AI automation workflows using Make as the primary integration platform to connect our core GTM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.).
- Orchestrate and Integrate: Take full ownership of technical solutions managing data flows, transformations, and database manipulation to ensure seamless integration between tools.
- Innovate with AI: Proactively explore, evaluate, and implement AI applications (both within and outside of Make) to boost our solutions, enhance GTM processes, and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate and Engage: Collaborate with stakeholders across our GTM (Revenue Marketing and Ecosystem) and Analytics departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Drive engagements to fully understand process requirements and gaps; implement, test, and document the solution.
- Experiment and Secure: Champion experimentation and embrace change by testing new technologies while balancing innovation with a mindful approach to security, data integrity, and scalability. Your work must demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Govern and Document: Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for automation workflows and support the implementation of best practices and governance frameworks.
- Be Proactive: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in automation and AI and proactively identify and propose new opportunities that align with business needs.
We are looking for
- Deep Automation Expertise: Proven hands‑on experience with Make as a no‑code and AI automation platform.
- Salesforce User Knowledge: Proven experience with Salesforce as a user is essential. You must understand its core objects and how GTM teams use it to manage leads, opportunities, accounts, and report on those.
- Practical AI Application: Demonstrable experience in applying AI principles and tools within automation workflows to solve practical business problems.
- Strong Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of data manipulation, database concepts, and API‑based integrations. You must be able to orchestrate complex technical solutions.
- A Get‑it‑Done Mindset: A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a bias for action. You are not scared by experimentation and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where not all answers are given and must be discovered instead.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven communication skills and the confidence to engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and communicate with radical candor.
- Scalable Thinking: An understanding of good practices for building scalable and maintainable AI automation workflows.
- Curiosity: Eagerness to learn and quickly acquire new technical skills in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer experience is a significant plus.
- Experience working in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
- Experience with other GTM tools (e.g. Zoominfo, Lusha, Salesloft, Zinfi).
- Familiarity with project management (Agile) methodologies.
What we offer
