Main responsibilities
- Full ownership of projects and accounts (end-to-end).
- Manage existing accounts: Benfica, Porto, among others.
- Develop new business (clubs, training centers, federations).
- Build strong C-level relationships (IT Directors, club executives, federations).
- Hands-on approach: conferences, congresses, first meetings booked.
- Become the Iberia Area leader after starting
- Travel when required for client meetings.
Core skills / experience
- Proven track record in elite football relationship management and business development.
- Established network within top-tier clubs, federations, and agencies in Spain and Portugal.
- Strategic partnership management and key account planning skills.
- Contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong market analysis and reporting capabilities.
