Seasonal Artist - Part Time (Fixed Term Contract)

A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams. You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe in the product being accessible to everybody – and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers with expert makeup artistry and personalized service to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
• Represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand with professionalism and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Remain knowledgeable about products, trends, and application techniques to educate and inspire clients.
• Adapt style and recommendations to suit diverse customer needs and preferences.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to support store goals and assist colleagues as needed.
• Follow company care standards and guidelines to maintain a professional appearance and presentation.
