A leading talent solutions firm in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant for an initial 6-month contract focused on coordinating a complex S/4HANA transformation. This role requires expertise in manufacturing processes and the ability to optimize implementation strategies across business units. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of SAP manufacturing solutions and have experience in supporting S/4HANA implementations.

At Gracia101, we’re seeking a SAP PP Consultant for an initial 6-month contract with extensions. Project starting in September.

SAP Manufacturing Consultant with PP experience for a SAP S/4HANA Transformation.

The role is based within the business CoE, coordinating with business units and IT to refine and align S/4HANA business process maps for key factory processes. You will provide guidance on standard S/4 processes, identify improvement opportunities, and highlight key focus areas for S/4 factory solution migration. Previous experience supporting S/4HANA implementations across industries is essential to effectively assess and enable diverse factory setups.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA Transformation Expertise: Coordinate the Manufacturing Function through a complex S/4HANA transformation, supporting the SVP Manufacturing Excellence (ME) as process owner and leading activities from within the business CoE.
• Manufacturing Best Practice Integration: Use your deep functional expertise in PP, PP-PI, WM, EWM, PM, and QM to assess as-is site-specific shop floor processes, identify opportunities for transformation enabled by the new S/4 capabilities.
• Process Harmonization & Fit-Gap Process: Support cross-BU process discovery and harmonization workshops, document Level 3/4 process variants, conduct fit-gap assessments against the target S/4 model, and facilitate workshops to find common solutions where deviations exist.
• Blueprint to Execution Continuity: Optimize and accelerate implementation by coordinating the creation of a business process structure that is executable in the target S/4HANA model, linking manufacturing, internal logistics, quality, and maintenance into integrated flows.
• Solution Architecture Coherence: Ensure that S/4HANA design and process decisions remain coherent with the broader manufacturing solutions landscape, including site-level L2 & L3 systems and corporate non-SAP systems.
