Your role

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will:

• Work on end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support, with a strong focus on Spanish Payroll
• Collaborate with international teams and clients on complex, high-impact projects
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions
• Provide configuration, testing, and ongoing system optimisation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
